		<description>Some of the tips are good, but the one where you binge on anything you want and then you fast the next day doesn&#039;t sound healthy even if it does reset your metabolism. There are other ways to boost up your metabolism that would be way healthier. That would be like taking two days out of the week to fuck up your body&#039;s natural cycle.</description>

As far as weight training goes, what are you doing now? Are you lifting light or heavy weights? Do you follow a plan or do you make things up as you go?

		<description>Brad, I was really hurt last night, emotionally from my husband, I have been trying to get rid of excess weight that I put on because of having my third child.  It was really what he said to another person, do not really know if he knows that I heard him.  Any way I have already started drinking mostly water and one cup of coffee a day.  I have been eating mostly fresh organic foods.  I do not have a scale, so I do not weight myself.  I will be adding the green tea, I am also going to try the eating more often, trying to find foods that I feel full with. I stand on my feet all day and have started doing some exercises while waiting for customers.  I want to do this for me.
