Megan Fox 3My female clients want to know the Megan Fox workout, so they can get a toned body just like the super popular Transformers actress. They also want to know her exact measurements so they can attempt to mold a similar sizzlin’ body.

Megan Fox’s height is 5′6″ (1.67 m) and her weight was 114 lbs (51.82 kg) during the filming of Transformers.

Okay, so what did Megan Fox do that was so special?  Does she have some magical workout or diet secrets that make getting a lean, toned body super easy?

Sorry to disappoint you, but the answer is NO.  In fact, the only thing Megan Fox has over you is a really large motivational driving force.

I mean, wouldn’t you work extra hard at losing fat and getting toned up if you were about to rock your body on a several hundred inch movie screen in front of millions of people across the world?  Me too.

With the exception that you and I are not going to be starring in a Transformers sequel, we all have just as much ability to sculpt a sexy body that will turn heads and draw tons of compliments.

Megan Fox’s personal trainer had her primarily focusing on body weight circuits, where she performed lots of planks, ab circuits and finished things off with 30 minutes of cardio.  Wow, brilliant (can you sense my sarcasm?).

More politically correct BS that will mislead hundreds of thousands of hopeful females around the world who desperately want to “Transformers” (haha…I can’t help myself) their body to resemble Megan Fox.

Here’s my opinion:  she needs to fire her trainer immediately and hire me at $1,000/hr to take over…because any worthwhile fitness professional would tell you this “alleged” workout regimen is complete shit and won’t do much at all in terms of giving you a toned Megan Fox body.

Of course, there’s always the chance that they just aren’t telling you the REAL workout or perhaps that’s just a drastic oversimplification of the actual workout program she used.  Don’t worry though, cuz I just designed a killer new workout that’ll get you a Megan Fox body in no time.

Either way, Megan reports that she’s pretty much ‘tip-top’ when it comes to diet.  The Transformers star generally had eggs for breakfast and snacked on almonds throughout the day.  This is by far the biggest factor when it comes to sculpting your Megan Fox bod…let’s face it, I could give you any one of the thousands of workouts I’ve created over the years and as long as you were eating to get lean, you would see results.

My suggestion is this:  screw Megan Fox.  Focus on being the best, most lean and hottest version of yourself that you can possibly be.  With a lot of hard work and determination you could probably be hotter than her anyways.  Personally, I think she’s a lil too thin…don’t get me wrong, I like girls who are tone with a tight waist, but I also think it’s important to keep those feminine curves.

Kim Kardashian BootyGirls like Brooke Burke in her day, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Biel, Mariah Carey, Jessica Alba and Shakira have that going for them.

I just think that’s a more attractive look, being lean with curves and a healthy amount of body fat (guys should be extremely ripped, but girls look good at a slightly higher body fat percentage).  Do you agree?  Or maybe you’re not ready for this jelly?  Speaking of which, we can’t forget about the beautiful “B” (sorry Jay-Z).

Anyways, the bottom line is that there’s no magical Megan Fox workout that will give you a smokin’ hot body…and the CRAP that she claims helped to sculpt her figure in the movie Transformers is definitely not the most effective type of workout for getting lean and tone.

Like I said before, if you’re already pretty lean and don’t have far to go, then yah…I could give you almost any workout and as long as you were following my fat burning nutrition tips, you’d swear the workout was giving you amazing results.

But if you still need to drop 15 or more pounds, then you’d be better off focusing on metabolic weight training, plyometric workouts and intense interval training.  These advanced fat loss methods will give you that Megan Fox lean-looking figure in much less time, as compared to some generic ab circuit and 30 minutes of steady state cardio on the exercise bike.

    hey brad- megan fox’s workout is horrible! and yes, i think she’s way too skinny. you hit the nail on the head with the other girls you mentioned like kim kardashian and mariah carey for sure! don’t forget about fergie, she’s lean and very fit too.

    Oh, I think Megan has curves up the yin/yang. I mean crap, look at that first pic above. Damn. I could explore that all day. And look at that muscle tone. Whew! I know some guys like a bit more padding, but frankly I wouldn’t change a thing about Megan (except maybe her brachydactyl thumbs, but hey we all have to have an imperfection somewhere don’t we?).

    Workout aside, I think what Megan has going for her as much as probably an excellent diet regimen is just pure and simple incredible genes, which can overcome even a crappy workout program.

    On the guy side, if you got the right genes, you can walk into a gym and pretty much look at the weights and walk out with rippling muscles. The rest of us have to work for it.

    • Hey Mark- haha, that cracks me up about the thumbs. Yes, Megan Fox has always been long and lean, which certainly helps her sculpt a tone body easier than for example, an endomorph (round and soft with potential to put on fat weight in the abdomen)….

      I still say she’s a lil too thin, but I agree that it’s a very impressive physique nonetheless. Her workout, on the other hand, is just tragic.

      Like you said, a metabolism-boosting diet with the right body type definitely gives her a running start.

      BUT…we can all be successful at losing fat and getting lean – the rest of us will just have to give more effort and workout SMARTER!

    Since you asked for a crowd consensus, I would have to agree with your assertion—she is too damn skinny. Now I oogled and admired her just as much as the next person, I work in the beauty industry so I see alot of celebs. I’ve met her many, many times in person, and I was quite taken aback the first time by how skinny she is–we’re talking sponser an ethiopian child thin. Looks like she hasn’t eaten in days, or ever. There is a difference between lean and toned and just looking waif-like. Women trying to replicate her body might find themselves pursuing a fruitless endeavor.

    Bottom line, I agree with everything you said 100 percent.

    this info is great, i’ll try it asap. I’m actually not trying to lose any weight, just tone up and maybe get a bigger, more defined butt? haha. i’m 5′4” and weigh 105…i’m trying to gain about 10 pounds. how can i exercise daily and switch to a healthier diet while still gaining weight? i just want to round out a little bit but still be toned!

    • Hey Jordan – Nothing wrong with that :) Make sure you’re still eating a clean diet that consists largely of protein, veggies, fruit, healthy fats and complex, high fiber carbs. The only difference is you’ll be eating at a slight caloric surplus. I recommend you take your body weight x 15 to start with. So for you, 1,575 cals would be appropriate. You can choose to follow the cheat day/fast day combo as well (the extra carbs will help fill out the booty). Focus should be on getting stronger and using challenging body weight and weight training exercises, which will lead to a harder, more toned body. If you have any questions, just ask. Congrats on being in great shape and striving for perfection…

    Hey brad, it’s me again! Sorry to keep bugging you…

    you said that I need to consume 1,575 cal/day to get to the weight I want to be (about 113, i’m thinking). I’ve found other sources online that tell me that even to just maintain my current weight (105), I need 1,918 cal/day. I want to just stick by your advice, but won’t having 1575 calories a day combined with 5 days of exercise a week just make me lose weight? I want to gain the 8-10 pounds pretty quickly. Once I gain the weight, how do I maintain it without gaining/losing anymore?

    Last question, I promise :) I’ve been doing cardio for 30 min a day five days a week, plus five days of squats and crunches. I want to switch to cardio + your Megan Fox workout…how often should I do this? I want really good results quickly without getting bulky or masculine-looking or anything…

    • Hey Jordan – yah, those sources are a lil giving in terms of calories. body weight x 15 is just slightly above maintenance for you, so you could definitely start out more aggressive if you’d like. For a girls who’s 105 lbs starting out, even with an aggressive bulk, I wouldn’t recommend going higher than body weight x 18, which would be 1,890 cals in your case. These estimates have served me quite well over the years, but as with all equations these are merely starting points and you’d always need to adjust from week to week, based on results. If gaining some fat is okay, then you can definitely start out more aggressive, but what I recommend was based on the assumption that you wouldn’t want to gain fat with the new muscle.

      You can do my Megan Fox workout 3-4 x’s per week, with at least a day of rest in between sessions. For your situation, I’d also recommend cutting out 2 of those cardio sessions. You should add in 1-2 days of heavy “butt-focused” lifting, preferable before the Megan Fox workout. Booty-shaping movements should include deep squats, various lunges, step-ups, lying hip extensions and stability ball leg curls. Go heavy and focus on full range of motion to really shape up the booty.

      Let me know what you decide w/ the cals and how it goes – I’m interested to see how quickly you gain and at what daily caloric intake.
