		<description>Hey Jordan - yah, it all depends on your current fitness status and your goals.  For some beginners this would be PLENTY.  If you&#039;ve been hitting it hard for a while now, you might need a little more on top.  In my Inner Circle, I&#039;ve got a bunch of templates that show you how to organize your weekly workout sessions depending on these variables.  Sometimes I recommend doing additional cardio after (or later in the day) the shorter workouts, just for even greater calorie deficits.  You&#039;ll basically have to give yourself an honest assessment each week and if you&#039;re not seeing fast enough results for your liking, then go ahead and &#039;turn it up&#039; a lil bit.  Having said that, most of my shorter workouts suck so bad that you won&#039;t want to do any more.  =)  Let me know how it goes for ya...

For example, this workout seems killer and I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll be dripping after it like I have been earlier in the week following that schedule, but would it be beneficiary to maybe at in some sprints or something? Maybe it&#039;s my mind playing tricks on me seeing as the workout is only nine minutes. I grabbed a 30lb dumbbell and got down to it!. Again your workout is short but punishing! Heart and lungs were worked really hard and I had to have a quick pause during the squat jumps...serious burning in my quads!
