		<description>hi brad, have seen a similar version of this before for the 300 workout. i wanted to try the body weight one as an alternative to the gym. i used body weight dips like you suggested for more focus on upper body! my time was 8 and a half mins!

		<description>Just finished the 300 bodyweight workout (made 50 dips instead of jumb squats) and damn it&#039;s brutal ! even i pushed myself i had to stop at 20 burpees, never been so close to puke after a workout. Will do this this monday, wednessday and friday for the next 2 weeks, then we see where it goes, next time i will come up with a time 2.
