Hey brad was wondering. I see guys in the gym doing weight training for hours and there pretty big; but ive read that wahlberg does 30 mins and has no time for rest during those 30 mins. I was wonderng what exactly his split was for the routine and how exactly he does lift. Like does he superset two things and keep repeating that then superset another. one exercise at a time. he can't be lifting that heavy if he does all supersets because it takes away alot of energy in your muscles to be doing heavy weight. does he superset the same muscle? are supersets even the way to go? Don't know if uve ever seen the movie FEAR with marky but i wudnt mind looking like he does in there. diet is more important try to eat every 2-3 hrs good foods. im 6 1 1/2 and around 197 i want tight waist big arms and muscles jsut want your opinion the right way to go to achieve this.

Hey Sebastian - I've been searching and searching - the info regarding the exact "Mark Wahlberg Workout" is so general. I remember that from when I originally wrote this post...can't find and legitimate resources that give the specifics. If you want more muscle mass, I'd suggest using a work:rest ratio of 1:1. For more of a fat loss focus, try using about 1:1/2 (eg exercise for 60 secs, rest 30 secs and repeat).
