About to start the total body workout for weight loss. I am 6&#039;0 and about 200lbs. I play lots of sports and am active but decided bulking up is not for me and want to get lean again--maybe around 180lbs or so. With cutting in mind, will I still maintain my muscle mass and strength with a program like this? Also do you any advice on a good stretching routine for someone who is really not flexible? Lastly would box jumps be an ok alternative for hip thrusters if my back has been sore? Thanks for an awesome workout!</description>
