Fergie Workout and Diet PlanStacy Ann Ferguson, better known as Fergie, is a 34 year old singer-songwriter, actress, fashion designer, businesswoman and straight-up hottie…the latter of which is the reason for today’s post.

Fergie’s height and weight are as follows:  she stands 5’2” (1.57 m) tall and weighs in at 105 lbs. (47.73 kg).

I think her hip-hop crew, the Black Eyed Peas, was talking about her body when they came up with the title for their smash single Boom Boom Pow.

Girls all around the world want to know Fergie’s diet and workout plan that she uses to create such a Fergalicious body.

What’s so slammin’ about Fergie’s body is that she’s tone, but curvy at the same time…which I think is the perfect look for girls.

Fergie’s diet plan is pretty basic.  She tries to eat smaller amounts of carbs and only moderate amounts of fat.  Fergie says that she’ll enjoy a little bit of everything in moderation, but likes to fill up on healthier choices like turkey burgers, Boca burgers, chicken and fish.  Here’s an exact day of eating for Fergie and her lady lumps…

Get a Firm Sexy ButtFergie’s Diet Plan:

–> Breakfast – Fergie starts out with a veggie omelet, made with 6 egg whites and topped with hot sauce (I think she’s my twin).  If she’s running late, Fergie makes 2 slices of whole wheat toast and adds a small amount of natural peanut butter (love me some PB).

–> AM snack – Fergie has 4 ounces of non-fat plain organic yogurt with 2 tablespoons of granola mixed in.  Fat free cottage cheese is a common alternative.

–> Lunch – Mixed greens, some avocado, 4 ounces of chicken and half of a grapefruit, all tossed and topped with a small amount of nonfat dressing.

–> PM snack – Fergie loves organic cheese and will usually have a small amount of mozzarella and rice crackers with added flaxseed.  A Fergalicious alternative would be a high fiber supplement bar.

–> PM snack #2 – Fergie enjoys a light vegetable soup, some carrots dipped in hummus, popcorn or a handful of almonds.

–> Supper – Salmon (if you’re not a salmon-lover, I suggest supplementing with essential fatty acids for great hair and skin like Fergie, not to mention improved heart and joint health), half cup of whole-wheat couscous, 2 cups of veggies and 2 tablespoons of hot sauce for flavor; or grilled balsamic chicken, brown rice and spinach.

*Fergie also likes sugar-free Red Bulls to get her going (damn, a white rapper who loves to workout and regularly consumes natural peanut butter, sugar free energy drinks and adds hot sauce to everything – Fergie really is the female version of ME)

Fergie Is Fergalicious

Fergie’s diet plan is perfect for building a lean and sexy body…and she proves this when she’s rockin’ skimpy outfits during performances or steaming up a magazine cover with her Fergalicious figure.  Now let’s check out the other piece of the hot body puzzle – her workout program.

Fergie’s Workout Routine:

–> Like anyone who has a superior body, Fergie makes it a top priority to get in a kick ass workout nearly every single day.  That’s right, despite being a busy celebrity, Fergie works out at least 6 days per week, for up to 2 hours per workout session.

–> One of Fergie’s staple workouts is a 45-minute treadmill session, where she ramps up the incline and walks at a fast pace.  This is killer for sculpting a Fergalicious booty, but remember to mix in interval training if you still have a decent amount of fat to lose.

–> Fergie is obsessed with having great arms (hmm…I wonder if Michelle Obama needs a workout partner) and I think all girls need to focus on this trouble area, so you don’t get the unpleasant ‘bat wings’ when you get older.

–> If she’s really feeling it, Fergie kicks her fat loss and muscle toning into high gear with a high intensity 2-hour workout that includes cardio work and total body weight training.  This is great for body sculpting when you’re already lean, but for fat loss, you’ll want to have most of your workouts 30 minutes or less and use my advanced fat burning techniques.

–> Body weight squats and various lunges help her to tone and shape her legs, hips and booty.  Remember, cardio alone does almost nothing to give you a better shape or more curve appeal…you have to make weight training your top priority if you want a shapely AND toned body like Fergie.

–> Fergie finished off each workout with a cool-down, total body stretching and occasionally some yoga for increased flexibility.  This is important to achieve that long and lean look, plus it’s great for posture and overall health.

Fergie Lean and Curvy BodyFergie’s workout routine is very well rounded, but the most important thing is that she’s consistent (and of course, you have to follow a lean body diet).

By using total body weight training to sculpt and tone her figure, and consistent cardio workouts to create a caloric deficit (based on the fact that her diet plan is strict and low in total daily calories), Fergie has found a winning formula for maintaining a body that is HOTTIE-certified.
