There are endless reasons why I think that lean and ripped is the only look to go for.  Among the top would be:  more sex appeal; more confidence; reduced risk of heart disease and nearly every other medical condition known to man; the ability to set yourself apart from every other average dude/chick out there; you can wear edgy threads and make it look cool; I could go on and on.

But one of the main reasons us guys really need to focus on having a lean stomach is so we can get it up.

As a pharmacist, I can’t even begin to tell you how many scripts are filled every single day for Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.

What’s even more scary is that the age of the patients getting these erectile dysfunction meds filled keeps getting lower and lower…like we’re talking young men in their upper 20′s and lower 30′s.

I’m sorry, but that’s just pathetic.  What the hell do you think is going to happen when you eat artery-clogging fatty foods and don’t get off your ass to exercise (which promotes blood flow and helps out circulation)?  Not only will you have absolutely no game and be unable to attract any hot girls with a huge beer belly, but even if you did get lucky…you’re not going to be able to get it up.

According to the Journal of Sexual Medicine, a study of nearly 4,000 men (ages 20 and up) found that those with large waist measurements were 50% more likely to have erectile dysfunction than leaner men.  However, men who exercised for at least 2 hours total per week and kept a reasonable waist circumference (under 40 inches), almost always maintained normal function.

The moral of the story is:  get lean —> attract hot girls (or whatever you’re into…I don’t discriminate) —> have lots of great sex —> because everything’s functioning at full capacity and you’re full of confidence from sculpting your lean, ripped body.  Just be responsible, or else accidents can happen (wink)…

Knocked Up

So just in case you weren’t already motivated to lose fat, build muscle and get lean…now you have another great reason to start a fat loss workout program and follow a lean body diet.  And remember, just because you’re still fairly young, doesn’t mean this can’t affect you…so start taking care of business today so you can enjoy tomorrow.
