Thanks so much! I'm a very scrawny guy, so I need very specific steps like the ones you've outlined above. Links are the currency of the internet, so I'll share this with my bony friends.

Hi there Brad, i couldn't thank you more for sharing this diet as i was searching for ages to find Taylor's diet plan. I have a few questions though , first of all si this Taylor's exact meal plan he used to become the ripped monster he is today? Also i am a teen some of these meals are hard for me to consume as i don't get to shop for myself yet and would struggle making all these meals everyday, are you able to create some alternatives for some certain meals mainly just "meal 6" the other i think i could work around . I am currently 9 stone 4-13 ( 131 pounds) do i need to look into another diet plan or change anythign with this one?

Hey Brad, I'm not sure if you still update this thread. I've been on the UFC lean body diet for about 2 months now and it kicks ass. I'm a fighter so I've cut pretty much all of the fat off my body between my training and that diet. I'm looking to go into a lean bulking phase now so I figured this diet might do the trick. I have a couple quick questions though. Is there anything special about the Prograde protein versus just regular whey protein or whey isolate? Also I used your formula for calculating calories for bulking and it looks like I could use another 70 calories or so per day. Any recommendations as far as what I can do to slightly bump up that number?
Thanks for all the help,
Nate

I've been doing some modeling and acting, I need to put on some more muscle on and I can't really find a great diet plan. 3200 calories a day is my goal I just don't know how to fit it in with my schedule. I'm already 170 lbs and 5% fat how do i get rid of my fat for good!?

I know right, but i just got the realization that wtf am i continuing to cut for ya know i mean i'm at like 140 and i know that my abs and other glamour muscles will look much better if i let them grow and i will look more of the way i want at a heavier shredded weight ya know?
And as for the process i will check that out but do you think i should do like a week at maintenace and then bump up the cals to allow my body to adjust to all the new cals?? also i'm not exactly sure what my maintenace number would be any advice on figuring that out??
i really appreciate all the help brad looks like you and me are gonna be cleanly bulking together haha.
thanks agian,
Kevin

thanks Mike, you could rock a whole wheat pasta or brown rice instead. Also, sweet potatoes and veggies are great alternatives for a lean body-friendly carb source. Tear it up brotha...

Hey man, that's exactly what I'm doing right now and although I'm prepared to lose the abs "slightly," I feel your pain. You work SO hard to get them and it sucks to think they're going to be covered up right away. Review this post: gain muscle without gaining fat and consider checking out the program at the bottom (it's great for what you're trying to do).
