How are my lean body lovers doing today?  I’ve been running around all morning like a chicken with it’s head cut off…it’s been a crazy busy week for me and I’m ready for the weekend.  Have a lot of projects to finish up for TopFatLossTrainer before I fly back to Iowa in two weeks to be in my buddy’s wedding and see my new nephew (older sis just had a baby boy).

Anyways, I just got done sweating my ass off (it’s still beautiful outdside here in Arizona) with a 15-minute interval sprint workout I did at the baseball fields behind my house.

I came home STARVING, only to realize I had a near-empty fridge.  Luckily, I had 2-lbs of 99% lean ground turkey and was able to get creative and whip up a healthy concoction that would be in line with my lean body goals.

I figured I’d break out the FlipCam and show you how I roll when the going gets tough.  Here’s the video of my lean body lunch, along with a good lesson about what it takes to lose fat and get ripped

Pretty pathetic bachelor fridge, huh?  The easy way out would’ve been to go grab some greasy fast food or tear into some of my girlfriend’s junk food in the cupboard.  But I stayed strong and gave it my best Emeril impression (BAM).

Why?  Because I’m committed to reaching my goal of 4% body fat by the time I launch the TopFatLossTrainer Inner Circle, which will be going live very soon.

So like I said in the video, suck it up and start eating to live, rather than living to eat.  Once you adopt that mindset, it’s all downhill from there.

Don’t stop, get it, get it…
