Hi Shanele - Very cool that you're a triathlete...takes some major stamina and a lot of heart. I liked the analogy to filling up your car...very well said and very true. You will actually be able to sub much shorter weight workouts and plyometric-type workouts in for some for some of the longer running/swimming/biking you're doing and I bet you don't sacrifice any of your conditioning levels. I would love to see pics and continue to keep me updated on your progress. Ongoing support is a major factor in long term success. Thanks for the great feedback!

Brad! This is an awesome point to drive home. I have been an athlete most of my life. I am a triathlete now as well. Looking at me you wouldn't know it:( 32 years old, 2 kids and a lot of excuses later I am realizing how much MORE important my diet is the more active I am. I don't use cheap gas in my car...why do I do it to my body? Looking at my medical chart, you would think "wow, perfect median numbers" and assume that I am healthy as a horse...unfortunately the weight indicates that I am more horse than I want to be. I have been training for endurance (triathalon thing) but realize that I need to be better incorporating my strength and plyometrics too. I am looking forward to kicking some behind this summer...maybe the guy that pulled me under him 4 years ago will be a little more intimidated this year. (pssst....I still got out of the water before he did...sucka)! Thanks for all of your hard work. I cannot wait to show you the results and the way your site has changed me and my family for the better!

Dude, I am ROFL! I thought about Emailing you as a joke asking you to profile 'Big Country' and thought, Nah, he is all about the ripped ones. Too funny man! Did you see Roy and that other fat dude a couple weeks ago on UFC? It was like a belly-boppin' contest. ha ha
