Warm-up and stretching routine to be done pre-weight workouts…by Brad Campbell

This is a very thorough 10-minute warm-up and stretching routine I’d like you to do before your weight training sessions.  Feel free to shorten it up a little whenever you’re feeling loose and ready to rock.  This type of functional and dynamic stretching is best before weight training because it “turns on” your muscle fibers and it won’t zap your strength or energy levels.  Time to get loose…
