Hope all my Inner Circle members are doing awesome today.  Here’s another good total body warm-up and dynamic stretching routine you can do before any cardio or weight workout.  Perform the jumps and body weight circuit 2 to 3 times, depending on how tight your body feels.  Follow this up with an advanced fat loss workout or metabolism-boosting cardiovascular workout.
