Here’s another highly effective 8-minute interval cardio workout you can do at home or at the gym (although after you see the workout, you may feel more comfortable doing this one at home). I call this my “spazzin’ on em” routine. That’s really the best way to describe the craziness that goes on during this interval workout.
As always, please remember that the key to making these ultra short workouts effective is to dig deep and give it everything you’ve got. If you “sandbag” during these short cardio workouts, the fat loss and muscle sculpting effects will come much slower and will be less drastic. Have fun spazzin’ on em and with a solid 8-minute effort, you’ll be losing stomach fat like it’s your j-o-b.
