This one’s an advanced total body weight training workout.  Guys, if you want to build ripped muscles like Cam Gigandet, you’re going to love this.  Girls, if you want a toned body like Fergie, this workout is right up your alley.  We’re going to hit every muscle group with heavy weights, exploding through the eccentric phase (one of my favorite advanced fat loss and muscle building tactics) and hammering out these exercises in circuit fashion.
