Alright girls, here’s the hip and thigh blaster workout I promised you. This is an Inner Circle bonus workout that I specifically designed for the trouble areas that most women have, which includes the hips, thighs and booty. These areas will be the first to lose shape and attract unwanted fat, so it’s important that we give the hips and thighs some special attention.
I want you strutting your stuff in a new pair of designer skinny jeans and stiletto heels, while all the guys are left WISHING they could get with a girl half as hot as you. That’s the kind of body I’m going to help you create.
This bonus workout will tone and tighten your hips, thighs and butt, without taking away the natural feminine curves (it’ll also help shape those areas as well). Of course, the fat loss meal plans, cardio workouts and total body workout routines to build muscle – will strip off the unwanted fat… and then this hip and thigh blaster routine will do the rest.
