An Advanced Metabolic Weight Training Workout for Fat Haters…by Brad Campbell
For anyone who absolutely hates body fat and wants nothing to do with it (I assume that’s everyone here in the Inner Circle), you’re going to dig this metabolic weight training workout. I combined multiple advanced fat loss strategies into this lean body routine. Not only will you be on your way to rapid fat-burning, but this workout does an amazing job of sculpting your chest, shoulders, triceps and lower abs.
You’ll see what I mean after just a few minutes of my metabolic weight workout. Notice in the video how heavy I was breathing, how the sweat was pouring out of my body and how I could barely talk. This is the level of intensity I expect you to use during your workouts.
I’m going to sound like a broken record, but you have to go hard during these super short workouts – that’s WHY they work so well. Without the intensity, the workouts would not be nearly as effective at causing a major increase in metabolism (aka fat-burning around the clock).
