I Call This My “Whatchu Lookin’ At” Weight Training Workout…by Brad Campbell

Wow.  This weight training workout is sick, nasty and a little dirty.  There’s so many advanced fat loss tactics within this workout, it’s almost like I’m cheating the weight loss game.  This is the kind of metabolic workout that gives you a “whatchu lookin’ at” kind of body.  In other words, people will be mugging at your ripped physique, wondering how you got so shredded.

Make sure you’re using a challenging weight when selecting your dumbbells (although, if it’s your first time trying out this weight workout, you may want to go a little lighter…it’s pretty brutal).  Also, follow the explosion exactly as I do in the video and make sure you’re not resting in between exercises.

This is one of my all time favorite weight training workouts that I personally used to inflict some serious fat loss damage onto my body when I decided I was tired of being average.  It doesn’t take many workouts like this before you look in the mirror and realize you made it to the upper echelon of lean bodies.  It’s all you.
