Fat Loss Workout for Lean Body Sculpting…by Brad Campbell
Just another classic Brad Campbell workout filled with advanced fat loss techniques and a little bit of madness. This one’s a lean body sculpting routine that mixes weight training, bodyweight training, plyometrics and awesomeness. Another cool thing – you can use this fat loss workout as a cardio workout or as a weight training workout. It’s got enough of each, that it could go either way.
