The other day I posted a “lean body certified” weight training workout and this one is no different.  In fact, this baby’s going to receive my “slim waist certified” guarantee, because it’s designed to target the stubborn lower belly stomach fat that we all hate.

This is a simple (but very difficult) metabolic workout that’s a hybrid blend of weight training and plyometrics.  A blend like this creates the ‘perfect storm’ for losing body fat in difficult areas.  You’ll need a pair of heavy dumbbells and it’ll take you just 9-minutes to complete the workout.
