I’m bringing sexy back like Justin Timberlake, with this cardio workout. This routine is going to help the Inner Circle guys sculpt their v-taper (like Ryan Reynolds) and the girls tone up and shape their hourglass figure (like Shakira). It’s so metabolic (aka fat-burning), it’s not even funny.
