If so, I&#039;d greatly appreciate any feedback on mine... particularly when it comes to my fitness levels and choosing which workout to start with--cause honestly, I have no idea where I rank (I don&#039;t want to under-challenge myself, but leave plenty of room to advance of course). 

And I&#039;ve just got to add, thank you so much for a great site! It&#039;s been a 10+ year struggle for me, and this is the first time I&#039;ve found information that made so much plain, honest, and practical sense (it&#039;s actually kinda miraculous lol). And all the guidance you provide through your blogs and responses, is what I personally appreciate the most... just thank you so much for being involved like you are, and constantly sharing your insight. :)
