		<description>Yah, you could rock that.  If you want to do some compound lifting with heavier weights...that&#039;d be great.  If possible, you can do that before my lean body workouts and use them as a metabolism-spiking tool so that you&#039;re getting the best of both worlds.</description>

		<description>Hey Brad, i wanna lean out but also add muscle, is it possible for me to do the workouts you listed here and add weight training to them? And if it possible do you recommend doing the workouts together or spread apart like the lean workout in the morning and the weight training in the evening?</description>
