Lean Body Shake Recipe – Pineapple Deliciousness…by Brad Campbell

I drink a lot of “lean body shakes” to help stay true to the diet plan when I’m short on time or food.  Lean body shakes pretty much rule because they’re quick, they don’t require many ingredients and they’re extremely portable.  I like to make a blender-full in the mornings and use half for my post-workout meal and save the other half for later.

Here’s a recipe for a new concoction I made the other day…I named this lean body shake Pineapple Deliciousness

Lean Body Shake Recipe – Pineapple Deliciousness:Lean Body Shake

—> 1 handful of ice cubes

—> 10 ounces of water

—> a splash of pineapple juice (optional)

—> 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

—> 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Prograde)

—> Blend to desired consistency and enjoy

I got the worst “ice cream headache” when I slammed this down…so as a word of caution, sip slowly.  If you like pineapple, you’ll dig this lean body shake big time.  I’ve got lots more fat loss friendly foods, recipes and meal plans coming your way.  Stay tuned.
