Mario Lopez Workout – Get a Ripped Body…by Brad Campbell
If you want to get a ripped body like Mario Lopez, I suggest you get ready to sacrifice. Mario admits he’s addicted to working out and doesn’t feel alive unless he’s sweating.
Lopez reports a well-rounded approach to his workout routine, which includes weight training, cardio, flexibility and lots of cross-training via his frequent participation in a whole host of sports. His strong and ripped physique is a testament to that.
Here’s Mario Lopez’s height and weight: he stands 5’11″ (1.8 meters) tall and weighs 175 lbs (79.54 kg). These stats are according to an interview I was reading and are assumed to be accurate.
Personally, I’d say 5’11″ is a stretch, but since it was Mario being interviewed, I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Judging by the amount of lean muscle mass and Lopez’s body frame, I’d say the weight listed is very accurate (I’m usually right on the mark with body composition).
The amazing thing about Lopez is that he doesn’t look like he’s aged at all. I remember watching him as A.C. Slater on Saved By the Bell (was that show the bomb or what?) and he was ripped to shreds back then. Not much has changed in the last 15 years, that’s for sure.
So what is Mario Lopez’s secret to a ripped body that makes girls gush and guys envious? What’s the magical “Mario Lopez workout” or “Mario Lopez diet” that produces such a phenomenal lean and ripped body?
Well, you could buy Mario’s book, entitled Knockout Fitness, and I’m sure he lays it all out in great detail for you. Or, you could realize that there’s absolutely nothing special about a celebrity workout or celeb diet planthat speeds up the body transformation process.
If you want to lose fat, build lean muscle and sculpt a totally ripped body like Mario Lopez, there are millions of ways to go about doing this. Some would be better than others, but with the right principles, almost all of them would produce results, assuming you supplied the discipline, effort and persistence necessary.
Having said that, there are certainly workouts and diet plans that would produce a ripped body in less time than others.
