Here’s a smoothie recipe that you can blend up for breakfast when you’re short on time and want something to take with you.  As always, it’s “lean body certified,” but does have a decent amount of carbs, which is why it’s best to consume for breakfast.  You’ll be buzzing with energy after you slam this baby…

Lean Body Shake – Oatmeal Energizer Smoothie:

—> 1 cup apple juiceLean Body Shake

—> 1 frozen banana

—> 4 BIG tablespoons of uncooked (plain) oatmeal

—> 2 teaspoons of sugar-free maple syrup

—> 2 BIG scoops Whey Protein

—> 3 ice cubes

—> blend that bad boy and start sipping for instant energy
