		<description>hey, i love the site and the workouts, the only thing is i cant run because of an ankle injury years ago(it healed wrong) so ive been walking 10ks instead of running in my workouts but it just doesnt seem like its doing anything near what running would do for my body. is there any specific work out which could replace running in my workout? thanks either way, jess.</description>
