Bonus Workout:  “Armed” and Deadly Routine…by Brad Campbell

This is another TopFatLossTrainer Inner Circle bonus workout that’s designed to give the guys a rock hard bicep peak, backed by a thick, horseshoe-shaped tricep, for serious street cred (or at least people won’t laugh at you when you’re rockin’ a sleeveless tee-shirt, lol).  Just because we’re going for the lean and ripped look doesn’t mean it’s okay to have “string bean arms.”

A modified version will help the girls to tighten, tone and prevent those hideous “batwings” that your grandma probably has.  If only grandma would’ve known about weight training back in the day (sigh)…well, guess what…you do and there’s no excuse to have flabby arms in this day and age.

So, Inner Circle guys and gals, let’s build the best looking guns we possibly can with my specialized arm training routine.  Use this workout twice weekly, (with at least 48 hours of rest in between sessions) in addition to your lean body workout plan and pretty soon you’ll be able to charge admission to your very own “gun show” (sorry, I had to).

    Hey Brad, i guess im confused here. How do the supersets work exactly? Do i do 1A and 1B back to back without rest 7 times for the biceps and then do the same for the triceps?

    • Hey Danny – yes, do reps for 1A, then immediately do reps for 1B, THEN rest…this is 1 superset. Repeat until all sets are done, then move on to 2A and 2B. It’s a killer workout for getting bigger arms.
