		<description>I have started interval training about 3 weeks ago.  I used to run 9-13 miles four days a week, then eliptical another day. 

Now I do cardio interval for 20 minutes three days per week, 3 days of weights (same day as interval), and run for fun (9miles) two other days.  

I was told every 8 weeks I am to change up my interval training. Outside of sprints, cycling, and eliptical what are other types of cardio intervals are there &amp; can I just every eight weeks change to 1 of these 3 types again (running for 8 weeks, cycling 8 weeks, eliptical 8 weeks &amp; running again, cycling again, etc.)?</description>
