Hey mate,
Cool website! In regards to the pics of all the girls, and all the complaints. Women are the most beautiful thing on earth, especially beautiful women! Why do you think the human race still exists? I reckon people need to appreciate the female form and accept the fact that fit women are awesome. Alot of hard work goes into a fit body, we all know that. Good on the girls for keeping thier vehicals in mint condition!
Benny, NZ.

Hey Brad,
I've been doing tacfit for a while now, and i think i'm ready for the next step. Not saying tacfit is getting easy, its anything but. I have the whole week off next week and summer is comng soon (the pros of college!) and with the extra time due to no classes and no assignments, I was wondering how I could incorporate dumbelld training into my Tacfit training, not everyday, maybe once or twice very four day cycle to give me that extra boost. Any suggestions on how I should incorporate these into my program without overtraining?

hey man, good question - the short answer: NO... in fact, you work the abs and lower back a lot with these exercises -- but not in a way that produces hypertrophy... so it's great for keep the abs tight and shredded, but without expanding your waistline, as many ppl unknowingly do with weighted crunches, excessive crunches, etc. Plus, it's impt to have a strong core for the more advanced bodyweight and weight training movements and for overall health (preventing lower back pain, etc).

if you're asking if Tacfit is good for getting the sculpted v-taper, it most def is. i've used it myself with great results and not to toot my own horn or anything, but i've got a pretty good v-taper ;-)

Hey brad, its me again. I was reflecting on the Intensity workout I did and was just wondering, a lot of the exercises (the spinal rock, plank push hold etc.) emphasize the core and all the muscles in the area, would these exercises add muscle to my core, thus making it bigger and not giving me that lean cut v-taper look I want? a quick reply would be much appreciated.

yep, that's what i recommend -- this way, you can really assess which you like better and also, which diet plan was the most effective for your body... it'll go fast haha

ok cool, so I follow the 4 diet until i finish the recruit mission, and when i move to grunt i do the cheat day/fast day?

And does that mean I don't get a cheat day until I move up to grunt(only 81 more days!)
