While I was away at my business meeting I had a question about the best hamstring exercises to do from home. I thought it’d be much easier to shoot a quick video showing some of my favorite exercises to target the hamstrings and glutes. Don’t mind the outfit, I’m too fly for real workout gear I guess, lol (what…you don’t workout in jeans?).
Hamstring Exercises You Can Do From Home:
For girls to have a toned and curvy booty that meets a tight and cellulite-free pair of legs, it’s important to work these exercises into your smokin’ hot body workout plan. You’re welcome (in advance) for making you look so good in those skinny jeans.
And for us guys, especially those of you who like to overtrain the quads and neglect the back of the legs, please don’t think this doesn’t apply. I’m not scared to admit it – I’ve been focused on shaping my butt lately (mainly because like I said in the video, my girlfriend gives me crap sometimes about not having a butt).
