Advanced Metabolic Workout for Inner Circle Members…by Brad Campbell

I’m still laughing at the ridiculous title I gave this workout, haha…”it’s like a fat chisel.”  But it really is.  I thought I was going to either puke or faint after the first exercise alone.  It took a lot of heart to keep going, plus I didn’t want to wuss out on film.  I know all you Inner Circle rock stars are going to hate this metabolic workout, but I also know you’ll love the body composition changes it brings to the table.

This will get categorized under weight training workouts and fat loss workouts, but it’ll probably feel more like a cardio workout.  It’s also a little longer in duration, so lace those shoes up tight, grab your running watch (or just follow my lead) and let’s start chiseling that one thing we all hate – FAT.

*Remember, this is pretty advanced.  Stick to the original lean body workout plan you selected in Step 5 until you’ve maxed that out, then we’ll have you slowly step up to these more challenging workouts.
