Another Extreme Fat Loss Workout…by Brad Campbell
I’ve been hearing lots of great success stories from my Inner Circle and Platinum Personal Training clients…congrats to everyone and let’s keep the results coming full force…coolio? Although this has nothing to do with losing weight, here’s a recent pic of my nephew (and his cheeks, lol)…
Now that it’s getting good and hot outside, I’m really starting to put the pedal to the metal and tear through those last few pounds of lower stomach fat…gotta have the abs looking crisp around the pool this summer. I’m sure you guys are experiencing the same sense of urgency to look your best for the summer months as well…
Today’s workout is nothing short of spectacular when it comes to achieving your extreme fat loss goals. This will be part one of a two workout split that focuses on all of the pushing muscles. Part two will of course hit up all the pulling muscles and I’ll be posting that either tomorrow or Thursday. Feel free to sub these two new workouts for two of your normal strength training workouts within your weekly lean body training regimen. Time to get busy.

Like I said, that’ll toast every pushing muscle in your rock hard body (not to mention it works the abs and lower back like crazy), then part deuce will tackle all the pulling muscles, plus core galore (if you want to leave a tip for that slick rhyme, it’d be much appreciated, lol).
