An Extreme Fat Loss Workout (Day 2) for my Inner Circle Rock Stars…by Brad Campbell
You should call me Martha Stewart the way I’m cooking up these fat burning workouts lately.
I just got done with a brand spanking new chest and back superset workout that I tested out for ya…just to make sure it was TopFatLossTrainer worthy (it was).
I’ll be posting that next week for your body transforming pleasure. So don’t touch that dial fat haters…
But today’s post is actually the second part of a two day, total body split routine for those in the Inner Circle.
Here’s the first day in case you missed it: Shake ‘Em Up Fat Loss Workout. In that beastly session, as you’ll recall, we blitzed the pushing muscles in a highly metabolic fashion.
Not surprisingly, part deuce will be working the pulling muscles in an equally grueling manner. Go ahead and use these two workouts in place of two normal weight training workouts within your lean body plan. Let’s get it.

Perform this workout no more than once a week, preferably the day after part one. If you experience sudden urges to do the “lean body shake” (it’s kinda like the Harlem shake, but with a touch of two-step) because you’re feeling so giddy and ripped… don’t sweat it… that’s completely normal.
(I know, I’m in my own world sometimes)
