Get a JWOWW Hot Tub Ready Body: Jersey Shore Workout (ladies version)…by Callie Durbrow
The self proclaimed praying mantis of Jersey Shore, Jenni JWOWW, has a smokin’ hot body. She’s gotta keep up with the Jersey Shore dudes- Mike, Pauly D and Ronnie are all about the GTL daily.
Maybe JWOWW looks even better when she’s standing next to Snookie and Angelina, but the girl has some serious abs and a tight booty. In the first season of Jersey Shore JWOWW didn’t work out all that often, but when the cast made the switch to Miami, she was hitting the gym 6 times a week. Gotta look good in Miami, ladies. =)
The three major things to focus on when you’re trying to create a sculpted, toned and athletic looking body like JWOWW are strength training, metabolic cardio workouts and nutrition. Many women focus too much on boring cardio and fat free diets.
The key is to moderate these three factors with adequate rest, hydration and a cheat meal every now and then (if you want to go straight Jersey Shore, that would include homemade pasta, lobster and Ronnie’s jungle juice).

4) If you don’t know what gay pride weekend is, just “Google it” says JWOWW…
5) If you have an OG uncle (original Guido), watch out because JWOWW will be inviting him into the hot tub faster than you can say DTF in MIA. =)
