Wanna lose weight fast? I heard there’s a pill for that…. oh wait, nevermind…
For women looking to lose weight fast (and I’m not talking in a week) there are a few important steps to take. First of all, remember that it is a bit of a process and we can’t work miracles here. There are a few pieces to put in place; here are the three things to focus on:
1. Nutrition optimized for fast weight loss
2. Strength training specifically for women
3. Metabolic-based cardio
If you put all three of these things into action you will be in great shape (literally). You can’t just eat healthy and not train, nor can you out-train a really bad diet. Trust me, I’ve seen hundreds of people try to do that, especially the latter.

1. You Must Eat: Keep your metabolism revved up. Think of a fireplace where the fire is burning nicely. There’s a good supply of wood or paper in there to keep it going. Once that gets burned out, the fire dies down or goes out.

3. Avoid Steady State Cardio: Above I mentioned metabolic based cardio. This is the best way to help you lose weight and burn fat fast. No more 60 minutes on the elliptical, instead grab a jump rope and perform a 1 minute on, 1 minute off circuit for 12-15 minutes.

4.
