Intense Home Workout — Fast Way To Lose Belly Fat At Home… by Brad Campbell

intense home workoutI’m not sure if it was simply because I was a lazy bum watching the Super Bowl and cheating my butt off yesterday (see: cheat day) or what, but today’s intense home workout had me curled up in the fetal position of my garage floor, trying to catch my breath for like 15-minutes after I stumbled my way through it.

That’s the sign of a great home workout, I guess.  So I’ll share it with you here and you can see how it goes for yourself.  It’ll take 22 minutes, plus warm up and cool down…

Intense Home Workout:

Okay, for a fast way to lose belly fat at home, this ought to do the trick — it did for me, anyway…

I’ll divide it up into 3 parts again, for simplicity (I like to think of each part as a “mini workout” in itself… seems to make it easier to get through the darn thing).

PART I: 30/30/30/30/30/30 — Pull Ups, DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts, Decline Push Ups, Split Squat Jumps, Plank Hold, Rest… repeat x 3 (12 min total)

PART II: 10/10/10 — Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Rest… repeat x 9 (5 min total)

PART III: 20/10 — Burpees, Rest… repeat x 9 (5 min total)

Nice and intense, just like the killer bodyweight workout we did a few days back.  Remember, the times listed are in seconds and correspond to the duration of each exercise (or rest period) listed right after.

I always like to do a quick example to eliminate confusion

Part I would go like this: 30 secs of pull ups, 30 secs of db stiff leg deadlifts, 30 secs of decline push ups, 30 secs of split squat jumps, 30 secs of basic plank hold (all exercises are completed back to back, with absolutely NO rest in between), then 30 secs of rest — all of this is one round/circuit.  When your 30 secs of rest is up, you’ll perform the entire circuit 3 more times, totaling 4 circuits or 12 minutes.

Now you’re done with part I and you’d proceed to part II… knock it out… and then finish with part III…
