Hey everyone, I’m back today with a Burst Bout strength training workout routine. The goal of this workout is muscle toning, along with metabolism boosting.
Remember, our strength training sessions — whether they be bodyweight-only, weights only, or a combination of the two — are designed to tone, shape and sculpt your muscles… NOT make you look huge and bulky.
I say that especially for our female followers, who may have concern when they see certain exercises that they consider to be “for men only.” I ask you to trust us and follow the workouts exactly as laid out… and with the proper diet plan, you’ll no doubt sculpt a lean, tight and low-fat body.
Having said that, here’s your body toning workout for the day…

Here’s what you’ll need to complete this workout from home:
3) Pull Up Bar (optional — can use anything to make a slight incline for push ups)
Instructions / Workout Breakdown:
PART I: 30/30/30 — Incline push ups, DB upright rows, rest… repeat x 5 (9 min total)
PART II: 30/30/30 — DB stiff leg deadlifts, DB reverse lunge/lateral raise combo, rest… repeat x 5 (9 min total)
PART III: 15/15 — Plyo tuck jumps, rest… repeat x 3 (2 min total)
Tomorrow we’ll be back with a cardio-based Burst Bout workout aimed at fast weight loss. What’s new, right? I mean… rapid fat loss is just how we roll here at camp Top Fat Loss Trainer… ;-)
