Weight Loss Agenda For This Week… by Brad Campbell

Hey Burst Bouters,

We’ve got another great week of rapid fat burning planned for ya.  Here’s what this week’s workout schedule will look like:

MONDAY 2/21: Burst Bout Strength Training Workout

TUESDAY 2/22: Burst Bout Cardio Workout

WEDNESDAY 2/23: Burst Bout Strength Training Workout (killer challenge training session)

THURSDAY 2/24: Burst Bout Cardio Workout

FRIDAY 2/25: Burst Bout Strength Training Workout

SATURDAY 2/26: Burst Bout Cardio Workout

SUNDAY 2/27: Rest — no workout scheduled

Remember… you can follow along daily, or you can also switch days to accommodate your diet plan — for example, maybe you’re doing a cheat day on Saturday and a fast day on Sunday…  in this case, I’d recommend ‘shifting’ the days so that you’d be doing one of our strength training workouts on the cheat day and a cardio workout on your fast day…

We recommend you keep the order of workouts consistent though.  Also, take your one day off whenever you’d like — it doesn’t have to be on Sunday by any means.

If you’d prefer to train 7 days per week (rock star status), please perform a low intensity aerobic workout on this 7th day, as your muscles and nervous system will need a recovery day.  For example, you could take a 45 minute walk or do a 30 minute jog.

If you want to perform two workouts on a given day, same thing goes — I recommend your second workout (in addition to the scheduled Burst Bout workout) be a much lower intensity, low impact aerobic workout… like a slow jog, or spending some time on the exercise bike, elliptical machine, or even swimming would be great…
