Quick Weight Loss Exercises — Awesome Cardio and Core Workout… by Brad Campbell
Hey Burst Bouters,
I’d say all of our workouts are tough, but today’s cardio session had to be one of the toughest I’ve created to date. I took some of my top-producing fat loss exercises and drew up a totally LOCO workout that left me laying in a pool of my own sweat. Excited yet?
As an added bonus, these exercises are downright nasty when it comes to torching your lower abs and core muscles.

Alright, if you wanna rock this puppy from home like I did, you’ll need the following exercise tools:
2) Powerblock Adjustable Dumbbells
3) Exercise mat (optional)
And here’s the instructions for this rapid fat loss training routine (remember to repeat all 6 bouts of exercise #1, then transition to exercise #2 and so forth… all the way through 16 minutes):
PART I: 30/10 — Spiderman push ups, rest… repeat x 5 (6 bouts or 4 mins total)
PART II: 30/10 — Dynamic squat hops, rest… repeat x 5 (6 bouts or 4 mins total)
PART III: 30/10 — Bent over db rows, rest… repeat x 5 (6 bouts or 4 mins total)
PART IV: 30/10 — Plank side hops, rest… repeat x 5 (6 bouts or 4 mins total)
Something I learned the hard way: doing the plank side hops on a dusty garage floor adds another level of difficulty — my feet were sliding all over the place, LOL…
By the time I hit the third bout of the plank side hops, my obliques and lower abs were jello. If you have a hard time making it through the entire 30 sec burst, don’t feel bad ’cause I sure did. Just try to hold yourself for a one or two count after each jump, which slows the pace and makes it ‘slightly’ easier to get through.
