<p>What player couldn’t use an extra 30-50yrds off the tee whilst at the same time getting around 18holes pain/niggle free?</p>

<p>Yet very few golfers consider it important to condition themselves physically.  And if they do, it's a passing thought never to be acted on.</p>
<p>Maybe the old myth still persists - that all forms of strength training results in big, tight muscles that limit range of movement, leave you muscle bound. This couldn’t be further from the truth!!</p>
<p>Or maybe it's because there is no specific physical make up attributed to a golfer. Golf is played by such a wide spectrum of people... from 9 years old to 90, overweight, thin, tall, short, fit and unfit... and they all compete on a level playing field.</p>
<p>Yet with the proper golf conditioning program every one of those players would make significant improvements in their games. I don’t mean by totally reshaping your swing or learning new techniques, the fitness programs will essentially make your own individual swing much more efficient thereby increasing its potential in making lower scores on your round.</p>
<p>If you're new to the game, following a golf strength training program will give you a solid and well-balanced base on which to build the fundamentals of a good swing.</p>
<p>If you're a seasoned low-handicapper, strength conditioning can certainly give you a significant competitive edge and lower your handicap still further.</p>
<p>If youth is still on your side - start a golf strength training program now and you can build a healthy, balanced body that stays free of chronic back pain, frozen shoulders and golfers elbow.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Yo guys, my five o'clock trip to the gym today (aka fitness social hour) inspired me to throw up another one of these "don't be that guy" videos.  A quick reminder-- if you're easily offended, the guys who make these videos like to drop the f-bomb on the regular...so please don't watch if <strong><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">explicit language</span></strong> is a pet peeve of yours.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If you're cool with that, these are pretty freakin' hilarious and I'm sure it'll really hit home for a lot of you gym warriors out there.  Without further ado, here's some more funny gym behavior...</p>

<p>Have you ever heard of a sport called Martial Arts Tricking?  I sure as hell hadn't, at least not until I received the following email just this morning...</p>

<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>What I do is quite different to MMA, it's the sorta stuff you see in the films, however my training is quite similar to the MMA stuff.  And I'll be joining a MMA gym when im back at University after summer which I'm seriously looking forward to the training.</em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>But yeah I've recently dropped quite a bit of body fat using methods and diets similar to those posted on your blog including the cheat and fast day which I LOVE!  I've felt such an improvement in my performance, its great!! </em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>I also upped my protein intake as you suggested from my last message and its really helped!!  Here's the link to that footage, and a pic of me now leaner and feeling WAY! better hah.  Thanks for your help brother!!</em></p>

<p><em><span id="more-4131"></span></em>Anyways, I checked out the pic and video Grant sent me and honestly, I'd never seen anything like it before.  The guy looked like a combination of <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/02/25/rain-workout-ninja-assassin/">Rain from Ninja Assassin</a> and <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/11/28/bruce-lee-workout-diet-training/">Bruce Lee</a>.</p>
<p>See this stupid workout for yourself.  Oh and by "stupid" I mean insanely cool and totally out of the ordinary.  Here's Grant practicing some Martial Arts Tricking:</p>

<p>Two words:  I'm jealous.</p>
<p>If that's not cool, I don't know what is.  I have absolutely no clue how you'd even get started with that, but I suppose gymnastics would be the best bet.</p>
<p>Anyways, just thought I'd share that here on the blog 'cuz it's pretty awesome to watch and you know these workouts require you to be in amazing shape.  If you want something new and challenging that'll get you a fighter's body, you might want to look into Martial Arts Tricking.</p>

<p>Hope everyone out there is having a great Labor Day.  I love this weekend.  It means cooling temperatures and the start of college football season, which is the most anticipated time of the year down south in Alabama where I live, especially with the Tide coming off their championship season and Saban nation at the top of the polls again.</p>
<p>As for me, my allegiance doesn’t lie with my home state.  I’m a Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan and was relieved to see them get out of the gates strong against Purdue after a string of mediocre years.</p>

<p>Another part of my weekend included my wife and I driving over to Atlanta to spend the day at the White Water park.  Slides, slides, and more slides...nothing like playing teenager again for a day!!</p>
<p>But, while I was enjoying my time at the park, I was also very discouraged.  Why?  Because I was witnessing our country’s obesity rates before my very eyes.</p>
<p>According to the most recent statistics, 34 percent of American adults and 17 percent of children are obese.  The adult percentage has doubled in the past 30 years, while the percentage of obese children has tripled during the same time period.</p>
<p>As a country, our 34 percent obesity rate ranks as the HIGHEST in the world, comfortably ahead of Mexico, the UK, Slovakia, and Greece.  Meanwhile, Japan and South Korea are near the bottom with figures under 5 percent.</p>
<p>As alarming as those numbers are, my own eyeball test at the park suggests <strong>that number is actually low relative to the reality of the situation</strong>.</p>
<p>One is considered obese when their body mass index (ratio of height to weight) is 30 or greater.  Now, I am aware of the flaws in figuring body mass index, since it doesn’t consider muscle mass, but the numbers still reveal an alarming epidemic across this country.</p>
<p>And, it’s not like our government isn’t aware of the problem and hasn’t tried to address it.  A decade ago federal health officials set a goal to have no more than 15 percent of people in our country obese by 2010...we have failed miserably.</p>
<p>It’s important to realize that the tone of my post is NOT, “fat people suck” or “what a bunch of losers.”  Not at all.</p>
<p>Listen, I was blessed with good genetics, played sports when I was young, and grew up in a household where sensible eating was part of our daily lives.  So, the foundation was laid early for me to live the lean body lifestyle that I enjoy today.</p>
<p>But, there are millions out there who haven’t had these advantages, and sadly enough, <strong>they’re suffering the consequences of it on a daily basis</strong>.</p>
<p>I realize I’m speaking to the choir, because if you’re on this site you’re more than likely in great shape or on your way.  But, my point is that we all know our share of people who fall under the obesity category and go through their daily routines feeling self-conscious about the way they look and can’t enjoy the same quality of life that we do.</p>
<p>I really felt for those I came across at the park who clearly were uncomfortable walking around with all their flaws on display.  The really sad thing is that most of them have given up, because they’ve reached a point of no return in their minds.</p>
<p>They associate more pain with taking the action to get in shape than the pleasure of actually looking great and living healthy, and it shouldn’t be like this.</p>
<p>I don’t want to be over dramatic here and suggest that Brad and I are starting a revolution, but we’re certainly trying to make a difference.</p>
<p>Yes, this is an “advanced” <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com">fat loss</a> site, so much of the workout content isn’t applicable to an obese person at first, but there is definitely an entry point and motivating evidence available for those looking to finally take action and sustain it.</p>
<p>I know that steering an obese person toward anything related to getting in shape can be uncomfortable, because you don’t want to offend them.  So, <strong>share these posts on social media sites</strong>, and keep exposing the people in need to the content indirectly.</p>
<p>We can only hope that sooner or later curiosity will get the best of them, and they’ll make the most important click-through of their lives.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/jg8f.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-4011" title="jg8f" src="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/jg8f.jpg" alt="" width="225" height="225" /></a>When it comes to baseball, chicks dig the long ball, but as far as the male form goes, chicks dig the <strong>V-taper</strong>.  And, by <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/01/31/bonus-workout-vtaper-exploder-routine/">V-taper</a>, I mean the shape from your shoulders down to your waistline.  They love the athletic, chiseled look of broad shoulders and a lean mid-section.</p>
<p><strong>1.6</strong>...no, not your GPA after a year of college.  It’s the <strong>shoulder to waist ratio </strong>you would want to achieve to pull off this V-shaped torso that drives the ladies wild.</p>
<p>To see where you stand, measure your shoulder circumference at its widest point, and then wrap a measuring tape around your abdomen so the bottom of the tape touches the top of your hip bones.  Once you have those numbers, divide the circumference of your shoulders by that of your waist.</p>
<p><span id="more-4007"></span></p>
<p>If you have difficulty measuring the width of your shoulders by yourself, you can use the circumference of your chest by measuring at its widest point just below your armpits.  You would adjust your desired ratio to <strong>1.4 </strong>when using the chest circumference because your chest is narrower than your shoulders.</p>
<p>If you’re wondering why the focus here is on the torso it’s because research shows that women are typically more attracted to a man’s upper body than lower body.  Not to suggest that leg training doesn’t play an important role in your appeal to the fairer sex, because it does.</p>
<p>It’s virtually impossible to get a lean, muscular upper body without developing the metabolism and <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/06/30/best-fat-burning-supplement/">fat-burning</a> muscles of your lower body.  <strong>Your hips and thighs produce the hormones that drive muscle growth in your upper body</strong>.</p>
<p>Before I go any further and provide some movements to help you achieve the V-taper appeal, I want to give you the chance to assess your body ratio and let this concept marinate over you.  Check back soon for a plan to get you there.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">So I was searching around YouTube trying to find some funny <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/09/17/meatheads/">meathead</a> videos to share with you guys, just for a little change of pace.  Wouldn't you know, there were plenty to choose from.  The hardest part was narrowing it down to just one video...maybe I'll make this a new series, who knows.</p>

<p>Then you have "Mr. Annoying" that appears to be completely ignorant to the fact that you're actually doing work.  I literally had that same thing happen to me last week in the middle of an intense set of split squats (BTW, read this post on the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/08/26/single-leg-training-double-results/">benefits of single leg training</a> if you haven't already).</p>
<p>I'm thinking, dude I can barely breathe, my iPod is cranked up and I'm about ready to puke on you...but please, let me stop mid-set, put down my weight, pause my tunes and attend to your question.  (Guess that makes me a little more like "Mr. Serious")</p>
<p>After all that, he said something like, "bro, you're pretty ripped but I noticed you're not lifting much weight."</p>
<p>Yep.  That's what compelled him to be "that guy."</p>
<p>Funny thing was, I was instantly thinking something was wrong.  Not sure why, but I just didn't expect a stranger to tap me on the shoulder during a set and start talking.  Once I finally paused my iPod and heard his comment, I was like REALLY?  That couldn't have waited?  Haha...</p>
<p>Let me know some of your favorite "that guy" stereotypes you've seen at the gym.</p>
<p><strong>And whatever you do during  your workouts, don't be "that guy."</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: left;">I just finished watching a new episode of the <em>Fantasy Factory</em>, starring crazy man Rob Dyrdek.  How can you <em>not</em> like that guy?  What I admire about him is the fact that he's always having fun.  It never looks like he's working because he's always screwing around, picking on his cousin, Drama, and making some sorta scene.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">But the guy is a serious entrepreneur making some serious coin.  It's awesome to see someone who's so laid back and a little immature like myself...but who's still killing it doing what he loves--skating and being a goofball.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Anyways, that has nothing to do with this blog post, although Rob <em>did </em>shoot a not so serious fitness infomercial in this episode...which was flippin' hilarious by the way...and that got me thinking that I should go blast my blog and check in with my fat haters.  So in a way, it<em> </em>had a lot to do with this post.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">So check it, I've talked a ton about building a <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com">lean body</a> on this blog.  I've given you one <strong>lean body workout </strong>after another.  You all know my preferred ideal body type for guys is lean and ripped...and for girls, lean and toned with some curves is just gravy.  I think we can all pretty much agree on what defines a <em>lean body</em>, BUT what constitutes a "<a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/01/05/lean-body-workout-can-you-dig-it/">lean body workout</a>?"</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">That's actually a great question I just got asked after writing this post:  <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/08/01/extreme-fat-loss-workout-belly-busting-circuit/">extreme fat loss workout</a>.  So what is it about a workout that produces a lean and ripped look that's so special?  How's this different from, say, a muscle building workout?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">To be honest (like I always am), it's pretty tough to answer that question.  Sure, there are some fundamental differences in terms of the kinds of exercises used, the amount of weight, rep ranges, rest periods, etc...but the main difference has to do with <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/03/11/get-a-lean-body-mindset/">mindset</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Someone with a burning desire to get completely shredded has to be willing to go above and beyond during their workouts AND in the kitchen.  They have to create an entirely new lifestyle--the <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/category/lean-body-lifestyle/">lean body lifestyle</a>, if you will.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">After all, it's pretty easy to become a big muscular <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/09/17/meatheads/">meathead</a> who lacks symmetry, proportions, definition and athleticism.  Anyone can gain muscle mass, but still look soft and round.  On the other hand, lots of people lose a bunch of 'weight,' but still look like sh*t afterward, because they simply turn into a smaller version of their old self (the "skinny fat" phenomenon).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/jhjjhrolrt.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-3417" title="jhjjhrolrt" src="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/jhjjhrolrt.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="302" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">What's truly challenging though, is putting on 'just enough' lean muscle and maintaining it, while STILL being able to torch enough body fat to highlight that lean muscle mass.  It's a pretty complex process, especially since most people need to lose a lot of fat, but also add some muscle mass to their frame to achieve this ripped look.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">And because the amount of leanness I'm referring to is in the single digits for guys and in the upper teens for girls, we 'lean body lovers' have our work cut out for us.  Before I get too far off track (focus, Brad), let's bring it back to the original question of what is it about the WORKOUT that makes it an official lean body workout?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Well, that's why I went off on my tangent.  See, it's not so much about the specific strategies I sprinkle into each lean body workout...but more so about the mindset and attitude you need to have.  Because this will translate into the appropriate lifestyle adjustments that are necessary for creating a lean and chiseled body, like <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/02/25/rain-workout-ninja-assassin/">Rain</a> or <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/11/08/get-a-jessica-alba-body-celebrity-diet-and-workout-review/">Jessica Alba</a>.  The most important of which, is diet.  And a much distant second, is workouts...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">So why would I call it a lean body workout if it has more to do with proper mindset and dieting?  Well, because...assuming you have the right mentality and are focused like a lens on your lean body diet plan, workouts can <em>then</em> have a significant impact on the way your body looks (but only after the first two aspects are squared away).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">When they are, here's some characteristics I think really <strong>puts the LEAN in my lean body workouts</strong>:</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">---&gt; <strong>Emphasis is on</strong> <strong>maintaining (or slightly adding) muscle mass</strong>, despite having a primary goal of torching every last ounce of unwanted body fat (this differs from a general weight loss workout that simply tries to get pounds off, and usually ends up stripping muscle along with the fat).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">---&gt; <strong>Usually</strong> <strong>performance-based</strong>, since I strongly believe that the best way to look like a lean, ripped, highly athletic, cover-model worthy stud or hottie, is to BECOME just that (as opposed to trying to look like that, but without ever pushing yourself or working to become more athletic).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">---&gt; <strong>Incorporates ALL areas of fitness, from strength, to speed, recovery, flexibility, stamina, etc </strong>(again, rather than <em>just</em> a workout program that has you simply trying to bench more weight and nothing else...all that does is get you better at benching more weight...not being more functional in everyday life)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">---&gt; <strong>Takes into account proportions and symmetry</strong>, where you're always striving to chip away at that last layer of lower stomach fat...or broaden your shoulders to enhance your v-taper...or sculpting the booty to look just right in those skinny jeans and stilettos (can I get an amen?)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">---&gt; <strong>Uses consistent progression and undulating periodization</strong>, which is just a fancy way to describe the process of mixing up set and rep schemes in a 'strategically random' way.  I'll admit though, that nearly any decent workout program uses these tactics as well...so this is less specific to a lean body workout.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">So, the lean body workouts I design take all of these things into account and then some.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This makes them specifically targeted to producing the lean and ripped physique you're going for, rather than a generalized fat loss or muscle building workout that'll produce general/average results.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">But as I said at the beginning, the main difference is in your way of thinking and your way of eating.  I could give you a lot of bogus workouts that could make you look shredded as long as your lifestyle and diet were both ideal for building a ripped body.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The workouts can definitely play a big role, but <strong>only when everything else is already in place</strong>.  And I don't want you guys forgetting that, since most people tend to overlook the "big things" and assume that it's all about the workout.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Did that help clear things up?  The next clarification I should probably do is what makes an <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/category/workouts/">extreme fat loss workout</a> "extreme?"  To be continued...</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">I haven't done a workout music post in a while, so let's get funky.  Wait, real quick...speaking of words that rhyme with funky, have any of you guys tried <em>Ben &amp; Jerry's Chunky Monkey</em> ice cream?  Are you ready for this?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">It's banana flavored ice cream with chocolate chunks and walnuts (or some kinda nut) in it.  At the risk of sounding like a 13 year old girl, O-M-G that stuff is off the charts good.  It's a <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/12/12/cheat-day-for-rapid-fat-loss/">cheat day</a> staple of mine.  Try it if you haven't...you'll be making monkey noises by the third bite.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Anyways, so last time we kept it real general with a list of good workout songs.  Today, let's "niche down" (as we like to say in the online business world), and get a list of the best old school workout music...</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Gee, ya think?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">For those of you who thought the miraculous, jaw-dropping averages (of fat loss) that most contestants were hitting each week, was actually doable...think again.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Oh, and the <em>Tooth Fairy</em> didn't come and leave you money in exchange for your teeth when you were younger, either...after all, <em>Tooth Fairies </em>would have no need for money.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">They carry a wand and fly for crying out loud (it was probably your parents who left the money <em>after</em> the <em>Tooth Fairy</em> had swooped in and grabbed your baby chompers).  Duh...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Sorry, where was I?  Oh yeah, the Biggest Loser and how Jillian and Bob freakin' rock...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span id="more-3362"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Seriously, I know most trainers and fitness pros hate these two 'celebrities,' but c'mon...you're telling me you wouldn't take that kind of money and fame to go jump on peoples' backs and yell in their face?  Sure you would.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>It's the show that irritates me</strong>.  Because it confuses the hell outta the average person looking to drop some pounds (or kilos, depending on which side of the pool you're on).  Let's face it, our society is pretty damn gullible and if they see contestants on this show losing as much as 31 lbs in 7 days (I think that was the record, but don't quote me...I didn't care enough to look it up)...well, you know what they're gonna think--that they can do the same.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Then you have 200 lb guys and 150 lb girls thinking they had a bad week if they <em>only</em> lost 1-3 lbs.  It's misleading as hell and it's all done for money.  I mean, would anyone watch a single episode if it wasn't filled with a heart-wrenching plot, tear-jerking scenes and a miraculous ending where the underdog does the unthinkable?  Hells no, we wouldn't...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">So it's our fault.  Kidding...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>The Biggest Loser producers should take a little more caution with the powerful message they're sending out</strong> with each of the 116 seasons that have aired so far.  You can't blame them for wanting to have great ratings and rake in the dough (<em>who doesn't do that?</em>).  It's just that they could probably achieve that without having to exaggerate contestant fat loss results.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">It's obvious to anyone in the fitness industry that the results are completely bogus.  The problem is that most people <em>aren't </em>in<em> </em>the fitness industry and they're easily persuaded into thinking super duper extreme weight loss results should resemble what they see on the 'ole flat screen.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I'm not a big fan of lying to or misleading people, plus this damn show makes my job as a fat loss coach even harder...since everyone has this perception that double digit loses indicate a 'good week' of dieting.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>The reality is that extreme fat loss in the real world is a lot less spectacular</strong>.  Before I forget that the original point of this post was to put in a video of one of the former Biggest Loser contestants totally ripping apart the validity of the show, let's roll that tape:</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Hey, I'm all for pushing yourself hard and trying to outdo the safe industry standard of 1-2 lbs per week (yawn).  It's just that if we're talking pure fat loss (and not loses in lean muscle mass or water weight), it's nearly impossible to achieve much more than this.  I thought this was a good video to give people a reality check about the artificial results portrayed on the Biggest Loser.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Plus, this chick has some balls to go public and spit the truth like that.  Can you imagine the look on the faces of any big wigs over at NBC when they saw this interview?  I'm sure they'll slap a lawsuit on her so fast it'll make her head spin...so props to her for voicing the truth.  At least it'll open the eyes of<em> some</em> and give them a clearer vision of what's actually possible with 'extreme weight loss.'</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">I'm alive.  Barely.  I survived a much needed vacation to Sin City (aka Las Vegas, Nevada) and am just now remembering how to use a computer...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I'm sure you know the saying:  <em>"What Happens In Vegas Stays In Vegas." </em>Therefore, my lips are zipped when it comes to the details of our Vegas vacation, but don't worry...it was nowhere as epic as <em>The Hangover</em>, haha.  Here's a pic of me and the lady friend that we can't stop laughing at--notice my Houdini-like vanishing arm trick...</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">The thing I freakin' love about Vegas is that you can just walk up and down the strip and be entertained, just by looking at all the lights and crazy people.  It's cool when you can go somewhere and completely lose track of all stresses and responsibilities and just sorta zone out and live in the moment.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Most of the time I try to not miss a beat when it comes to traveling and keeping on top of my <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/category/diets-and-nutrition/">diet</a> and <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/01/01/fat-loss-workout-lean-body-sculpting/">workout</a> routine.  But on this trip I decided I deserved a total fitness fast sine I'd been taking it to the "tip top" the past 8 weeks.  I recommend you do the same after a long period of hitting it hard with no slip-ups.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Gambling and boozing were a slightly different story.  What can I say?  It's Vegas for crying out loud.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">As you can see in this photo, I'm a little excited to get the night started.  Looks like I met all the criteria on my pretty boy checklist too:</p>

<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 120px;">Half a bottle of extra firm hold hair gel...check</p>

<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 120px;">"Stunna" shades to wear when gambling, despite it being dark as hell (not shown)...check</p>
<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 120px;">What's not to be pumped about?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Warning:  living the <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/category/lean-body-lifestyle/">lean body lifestyle</a> can give you uber confidence and may lead to you just not giving a damn.  Just wanted to throw that disclaimer out there.  Don't say I didn't warn you.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Seriously though, you wouldn't believe the "attire" people were sporting around Vegas.  It was insane.  My girlfriend referred to some of these girls as a hot mess, but I argued that they worked hard on their body and simply wanted to flaunt their efforts...you can guess who won that argument, lol.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">An awesome last night in one of my all-time favorite vacation spots, indeed.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If you've never seen Zumanity before, I highly recommend checking it out.  Besides the fact that it's got very attractive and very naked performers doing amazing acts...I found the show to be really inspiring...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Both the guys and girls are completely <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com">lean and ripped</a> and it's crazy to see the types of acrobatic tricks their athletic bodies allowed them to do.  After seeing that I couldn't wait to get home and start training again.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Hope you guys are enjoying life and finding the balance between fitness and lifestyle</strong>.  Don't settle for one or the other--do both and do them like an absolute rock star.</p>
