Hey Brad, thanks for the reply. I've been following this diet now and am heading towards my first cheat day (saturday). I feel amazing as i have been able to smash myself in training without feeling empty or drained and already i'm noticing less water retention too!! Best of all the diet fits in with my training routine of mon-fri balls to the wall training, saturday off and sunday a bit of gentle cardio help with the soreness!! Once again thanks for the reply and keep up the good work on this amazing site. Its good to read posts from other members who share the same "train hard, fight easy" ethos as myself. Take care buddy. Danny

Hey Adam, yes it does sound like a sound plan. 7% is a good place to start bulking and you can plan on adding about 1-2 lbs per month of pure lean muscle mass, so figure at least 3 months to get around 6 lbs of muscle. With the added muscle, you'll have no prob cutting and getting ripped by next March.

It's not going to hurt and really depends on your protein intake. If you're not the best at getting quality protein around the clock, then it's a good safety net. I always use them on my fast day and then once in a while on other days, depending on how much protein I have available to me throughout the day.

Try to force some down once in a while, add some berries and fruit and then take a multivitamin twice daily and you should be good to go.

Cool i got some multivitamins but no fish oil yet, and as for the veggies i don't really like any other than broccoli and spinach when its all mashed up... Is there something i can take to make up for that like say a V8 splash drink throughout the day?

Hey Brad,
I was just curious, but i have been told i needed a little more muscle to get the cam body. I got down to about 7% body fat but now am currently bulking taking whey protein and jack3d. I plan on doing it for about a month to two months and hopefully put on around 5-10 pounds of muscle. I lift 5 days a week and my diet is very clean with alot of protein. I was just curious as to if you would guess i am on the right track. After the two months i plan on starting my cutting cycle around the beginning of november and cutting until spring break in march. Does this sound like the right track?
