Just remember, although your diet program is by far the most important piece of the “ideal body puzzle,” it’s not the only piece… so be sure to pair it with a workout routine that’ll provide synergistic effects (meaning you’ll get much faster results, as compared to using only a diet by itself).

Of course, the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet uses the cheat day and follows it up with a fast day… just like I encourage my TopFatLossTrainer readers to do.  That’s one of the main reasons I’m a fan of Joel Marion’s diet programs.

Every Other Day Diet – If you’re not already noticing a theme with these recommended diets, you should:  they all involve strategic cheating or some form of calorie zig-zagging.

And that is the KEY to quick and consistent fat loss — without this, your metabolism simply shuts down and tries to preserve fat.

This is NOT for anyone who still has quite a bit of fat left to lose.  It’s for guys who’re in pretty decent shape, but who wanna add lean muscle mass quickly and still stay ripped while doing so.

It’s my kind of program, since I don’t agree with all-out bulking — I like to keep the abs really sharp year-round, rather than adding a spare tire lot lots of guys do, LOL…

Muscle Building Diet

No Nonsense Muscle Building – Not only is this a powerful muscle building diet program, but author Vince DelMonte also hooks it up with the best lean muscle bulking workouts I’ve ever used myself…

That’s right, I’m just a fat loss coach… so when I need help in other areas, I go straight to the best and Vince is one of ‘em.

Having used NNMB myself, I can tell you that if you follow this diet and workout schedule to the “T” you’ll be packing on rock hard muscle in no time at all.

The workouts are pretty intense, so prepare to be in pain the first few weeks.  ;-)

For some great meal and snack ideas, I recommend checking this out.  It’s hard to find a meal plan system that’s devoted to adding clean muscle, but this is one of ‘em…
