<p style="text-align: left;">I just got done with a brand spanking new chest and back superset workout that I tested out for ya...just to make sure it was <em>TopFatLossTrainer</em> worthy (<em>it was</em>).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I'll be posting that next week for your body transforming pleasure.  So don't touch that dial fat haters...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">But today's post is actually the second part of a two day, total body split routine for those in the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/innercircle/">Inner Circle</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Here's the first day in case you missed it:  <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/05/11/shake-em-up-fat-loss-workout/">Shake 'Em Up Fat Loss Workout</a>.  In that beastly session, as you'll recall, we blitzed the pushing muscles in a highly metabolic fashion.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Not surprisingly, part deuce will be working the pulling muscles in an equally grueling manner.  Go ahead and use these two workouts in place of two normal weight training workouts within your lean body plan.  Let's get it.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>Still Shakin' Fat Loss Workout (Part Deuce):</em></strong></p>

<p>Perform this workout no more than once a week, preferably the day after part one.  If you experience sudden urges to do the "lean body shake" (it's kinda like the Harlem shake, but with a touch of two-step) because you're feeling so giddy and ripped... don't sweat it... that's completely normal.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">I'm still laughing at the ridiculous title I gave this workout, haha..."it's like a fat chisel."  But it really <em>is</em>.  I thought I was going to either puke or faint after the first exercise alone.  It took a lot of heart to keep going, plus I didn't want to wuss out on film.  I know all you <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.TopFatLossTrainer.com/innercircle/">Inner Circle</a> rock stars are going to hate this metabolic workout, but I also know you'll love the body composition changes it brings to the table.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This will get categorized under <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/category/strength-training-workouts/">strength training workouts</a> and <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/category/workouts/">fat loss workouts</a>, but it'll probably feel more like a <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/category/cardio-workouts/">cardio workout</a>.  It's also a little longer in duration, so lace those shoes up tight, grab your running watch (or just follow my lead) and let's start chiseling that one thing we all hate - FAT.</p>
<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;"><em>*Remember, this is pretty advanced.  Stick to the original lean body workout plan you selected in <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/01/09/inner-circle-designing-your-lean-body-workout-plan-step-5/">Step 5</a> until you've maxed that out, then we'll have you slowly step up to these more challenging workouts. </em></p>

<p>Okay, get your head out of the gutter...I was referring to the 7-minute garage workout I just busted out like it was hot.  I wanted to go for a nice tempo run outside, but time was definitely not on my side, so I had to opt for a quickie instead.</p>

<p>Before I take you through today's workout, let me give you the "haps on them craps" (sorry, was playing a little old school Ice Cube in the background..."shake 'em up, shake 'em up, shake 'em up, shake 'em").  Speaking of great music, THANKS again to everyone who listed their favorite <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/01/26/good-workout-songs-i-need-your-help/">workout songs</a> the other day.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>*If you haven't already, check out that post for some killer ideas and be sure to leave any other songs that are motivating to workout to.  You guys rocked it and I've been jammin' out and destroying workouts ever since then, so gracias.</em></p>
<p>Wow, either too much caffeine today or the ADHD is really kicking in, because I can't seem to finish one thought.  Alright, back to my update:  <strong><em>TopFatLossTrainer's </em>Inner Circle</strong> is literally 100% complete and ready to change lives forever.  Believe me, as anxious as you've been to get started, I've been even more excited to get things finalized.  I'm a big time perfectionist, so it took a lot longer than anticipated... but you'll find it well worth the wait.</p>

<p>It's amazing how much 'damage' you can do in under 10-minutes if you're both creative and focused.  I just got out of the shower and I'm still feeling a little dizzy - all from a ridiculously short 7-minute fat loss workout.  Pretty crazy.  Peep this...</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><em>7-Minute Quickie Fat Loss Workout:</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">---&gt; Warm-up with 1 minute of jumping jacks, exaggerated fashion</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1A. 12 explosive burpees with 'clap' push-up and tuck jump at top of movement</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1B. Using heavy dumbbells (I used 50 lbs, for reference), complete 9 full range squats (butt almost to floor)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1C. Using same dumbbells, immediately complete 9 push-presses (dip the hips and drive off heals to complete shoulder press, then lower slowly with <em>all</em> shoulders)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1D. Lateral jumps holding medicine ball overhead x 30 jumps (jump side-to-side holding medicine ball straight overhead...if possible, use a towel or safe object to jump over each time)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">--Rest 30 seconds--</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">--Repeat entire <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/">fat loss</a> circuit one more time--</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This entire hybrid workout took me almost exactly 7-minutes, but man did I feel the burn.  My quads and shoulders were flippin' en fuego and the lungs were burning pretty bad, as I was sucking for air like a guy who's never worked out before.  Humbling, to say the least.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Give that bad boy a try sometime and let me know what you think.  Make sure you're going heavy with your dumbbells, using full ranges of motion and exploding with <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2009/07/13/bestbodyweightexercise/">burpees</a> and lateral jumps.  If the explosive push-up and tuck jump (with burpees) and vertical medicine ball hold (with lateral jumps) is too difficult, just go without and try to progress each week until you're able to crush it.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">This is another <strong><em>TopFatLossTrainer </em>Inner Circle bonus workout</strong> that's designed to give the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">guys</span> a rock hard bicep peak, backed by a thick, horseshoe-shaped tricep, for serious street cred (or at least people won't laugh at you when you're rockin' a sleeveless tee-shirt, lol).  Just because we're going for the lean and ripped look doesn't mean it's okay to have "string bean arms."</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">A modified version will help the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">girls</span> to tighten, tone and prevent those hideous "batwings" that your grandma probably has.  If only grandma would've known about weight training back in the day (sigh)...well, guess what...you do and there's no excuse to have flabby arms in this day and age.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">So, Inner Circle guys and gals, let's build the best looking guns we possibly can with my specialized arm training routine.  Use this workout twice weekly, (with at least 48 hours of rest in between sessions) in addition to your lean body workout plan and pretty soon you'll be able to charge admission to your very own "gun show" (sorry, I had to).</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Guys, here's the <strong>Inner Circle bonus workout</strong> I was telling you about.  In my opinion, the one thing that makes a guy's body really stand out from the rest of the pack is a carefully sculpted v-taper.  You can work your butt off in the gym, follow a clean diet and have impressive muscle definition...but if your body frame looks like a box (or worse yet, an apple), at the end of the day, no one is going to notice you and the girls won't dig you.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">It's all about proportions and the v-taper is what makes or breaks your overall body image.  Women are genetically programmed to be attracted to broad shoulders, a ripped chest and defined back...all of which tapers down to a small and chiseled waistline.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>This look screams power, athleticism and sex appeal</strong>.  Notice how this differs from juiced up meatheads who have all of those characteristics, but their waistlines are pushed out with abs the size of my thighs.  This makes them look goofy in street clothes and a lil outta place when they're not in the gym.  You feel me?</p>
