<p style="text-align: left;">While I was away at my <a href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/03/07/just-checking-in-with-my-fat-haters/">business meeting</a> I had a question about the <strong>best hamstring exercises to do from home</strong>.  I thought it'd be much easier to shoot a quick video showing some of my favorite exercises to target the hamstrings and glutes.  Don't mind the outfit, I'm too fly for real workout gear I guess, lol (what...you don't workout in jeans?).</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">I ate my face off yesterday, so it's time to get back to business today.  I found this <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.topfatlosstrainer.com/2010/01/12/lean-body-shake-strawberry-boom-boom/">lean body smoothie</a> recipe that would be good to have any time of day, but especially as a bedtime snack, thanks to the casein protein found in cottage cheese.  Yep, the recipe calls for cottage cheese...interesting, huh?  I haven't tried this one yet, but will take the plunge soon to see if this bad boy is any good.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Like I was saying though, cottage cheese is a pretty dope protein source because of the high content of <strong>casein protein</strong>.  Unlike whey protein, casein actually forms a gel-like clot inside your stomach.  This property allows it to provide a slower and more steady supply of amino acids into your blood stream, which is ideal when you won't be able to consume protein for an extended period of time (ie when you're sleeping like a baby).</p>
