Hey Men: You may think that you cannot achieve the physique that you desire without the use of steroids or one of their sister products. So you’re not a bodybuilder, but you still have many of the same aspirations in creating a great looking physique, right?
The only real difference is that you may not want to get as big and may not want to compete — other than that, face it, you’re in the same boat.
The problem is that people, especially men, want the easy way out; they want to get the results quickly and don’t think in the moment about the repercussions. Many men… and women, revert to steroid use. People who use steroids use them to get the physique that they want much faster. However, there is a price to be paid for the use of steroids.
Aside from health problems, you will be arrested if you are caught with steroids – If you compete, you will be banned or disqualified from many competitions if you use steroids. The officials at many of these competitions do indeed test for steroid use. If you aren’t planning to compete, this may not matter to you, but even if this is the case, the health affects definitely will matter.
Steroids can make you both impotent and sterile. This alone will get the attention of most males who are considering steroid use. It can diminish the size of the testes as well.
Furthermore, steroids cause permanent gynecomastia. Do you know that that is? It is a boost in female hormones which increase the size of the breast – permanently – Many people refer to this problem as “bitch tits.” I know, not a classy name, but it’s a dirty problem that often leads to this.
Men, one of the greatest ways you can achieve extraordinary results, is to choose the proper workout routines for men.
In females, steroids can cause an irregular menstrual cycle, which in turn causes health problems of its own. Steroids can cause infertility and female pattern baldness. They can also cause an enlargement of the clitoris, which is permanent and disfiguring.
Just as men who take steroids may grow breasts, in females, the reverse happens; because of an increase in testosterone, the breast size is reduced – again, permanently. This increase in testosterone may also cause a female to grow facial hair, and they will likely develop a deeper voice.
In both sexes, other problems can occur due to steroid use. These include severe acne, jaundice, cardiovascular problems and heart disease, tumors, stunted growth, psychological problems, sleeping disorders, and extreme violence.
As you can see, the use of steroids to build muscles really isn’t worth the risk, and you can build those muscles – still very large – without steroids. It just takes the right workout routines for men, proper nutrition, sound sports supplementation and adequate rest and recovery time.
There are those who believe that anyone who has large muscles is on steroids, but this just isn’t true. Great results can be achieved with a solid workout routine for men…
So, WHAT is the perfect workout routine for guys? Well, it depends a lot upon your goals — you have to know what you’re trying to accomplish and be realistic about where you’re starting from…
For men who really want to get into phenomenal shape and who’re willing to put in the work, I strongly recommend going with a training routine that focuses not only on sculpting you a better body… but also on boosting your overall performance — so that you don’t get your ass kicked by some scrawny skater, haha…
